We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring projects through freelance bidding portals and converting them into long-term business opportunities. You will play a key role in identifying prospects, submitting compelling proposals, and building strong client relationships across international markets including the UK, USA, Australia, and Canada.

5 am to 2 pm

Remote (Islamabad/Lahore)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the complete bidding lifecycle on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and others.
  • Draft and submit customized business proposals, quotations, and related documentation based on project scope and client requirements.
  • Focus bidding efforts on the company’s core services and tech stacks, including Web & Mobile App Development.
  • Collaborate with and report to the Line Manager for strategy alignment and performance tracking.
  • Convert one-time projects into long-term strategic partnerships with international clients.
  • Drive proactive and reactive lead generation through digital research and client mapping techniques.
  • Maintain and manage the lead pipeline, outreach activities, and client communications using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through timely delivery, clear communication, and consistent follow-up support.
  • Onboard new clients through direct outreach, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, and Upwork platform trends will be considered an added advantage.
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Upwork bidding and business development, preferably within the IT/software services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Willingness and availability to work full-time during EST business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT).
  • Strong experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to confidently handle client discussions and requirement-gathering calls.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and maintain consistent follow-ups.
