Job duties Of the Front Desk Receptionist include:

  • Welcoming everyone who comes in
  • Answering the phones
  • Scan resumes and ask interviewees screening questions and filter.
  • Providing interviewees with necessary information based on position
  • Linking interviewees with the hiring manger, checking them in, and setting appointments
  • Assisting employees with biometric device to enroll as well as help them on the phone.
  • Helping anyone who may come into the building looking for the other departments in this building
  • On orientation days copying transcripts and discharge papers. calling departments when new hires are ready for pickup.
  • Directing hiring managers and other employees with meetings to the appropriate conference space
  • Other admin duties as necessary
