We are looking for a Content Writer who possesses the ability to think both creatively and analytically. As a content writer, she will write well-researched articles on provided topics. Additionally, she will be responsible for editing existing content for print or digital media. She will be assigned product reviews, blogs, and other relevant content for better optimization and increased user engagement. She will also be responsible for assisting in content strategy planning. Editing skills and understanding of web-optimized content are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality content for multiple channels, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and webinars, and develop new ideas along the way
  • Brainstorm and pitch original content ideas aligned with company messaging, content strategy, product roadmap, and mission.
  • Developing various types of content including Emails, Blogs, Whitepapers, and Solution Overviews.
  • Managing and executing SEO strategies using SEO tools to research and apply keywords that will optimize organic search traffic.
  • Promote content on social media.
  • Editing and proofreading content for grammar, structure, and style.
  • Complete writing projects and follow content requirements in terms of style and project specifications.
  • Create style guides or suggest changes to ensure content is consistent and clear.
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the law (e.g. copyright and data protection).
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Technical Writer or Content Writer in a technology-focused environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Researching and understanding technical topics, products, or services.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Writing clear and concise technical documentation, including manuals, guides, tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Creating engaging blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies related to technology.
  • Editing and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Optimizing content for SEO to improve visibility and reach.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to produce relevant and timely content.
  • Providing support for other content-related tasks as needed.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Markdown, and/or HTML.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools as needed.
