Digital Marketing Manager
This newly created role of Digital Marketing Manager will drive and implement Ropstam’s digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of the Software Agency business as well as current marketing tools and strategies. This role will own both the strategic roadmaps for Ropstam’s online platforms (sites/apps) as well as the day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the roll-out of the digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain digital platforms, including tagging, reporting, advertising, and search optimization.
- Take the lead in implementing digital marketing systems and processes, including marketing automation and content management systems.
- Champion and lead SEO initiatives, collaborating closely with technology and creative teams to achieve impactful results.
- Supervise performance marketing efforts and agency relationships, including paid search, display, and paid social campaigns.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and web analytics, covering traffic sources, conversion rates, mobile effectiveness, Google Page Speed scores, and SEO rankings.
- Develop and execute plans to optimize copy and landing pages for both search engine marketing and organic search.
- Collaborate extensively with the technology team to implement strategic enhancements.
- Drive B2B lead generation and sales closing efforts, including making calls and managing business partnerships.
- Set and refine the marketing direction for the team while providing training and guidance to team members.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Expand Ropstam’s global presence and business opportunities by reaching out to international business partners.
- Conduct thorough measurements, evaluations, and analyses of marketing campaign results.
- Prepare and present reports to communicate campaign outcomes and successes to marketing directors, vice presidents, or CMOs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing-related field
- Proven working experience overseeing digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience implementing and managing an automation platform such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Eloqua, or Active Campaign
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,
- Segments, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, FB, and Linkedin campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders, and senior management
- Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands
