This position will be responsible for providing support to the Admin & HR department to ensure a smooth flow of day-to-day office operations.

Ropstam is looking for a Front-Desk/ HR Officer who will be responsible for providing support to the Admin & HR department.
Office Hours:
Johar Town L Block (Lahore)
  • Meet and greet visitors and direct them to relevant personnel.
  • Manage phone calls and the company’s daily mail.
  • First point of contact to external enquirers.
  • Attend employee queries in a welcoming and positive manner.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records of employees.
  • Assist in the overall function of HR and office administration.
  • Any other task assigned by the management
  • Graduation from a reputed university/institution
  • Must have experience with the front desk office
  • Sound work ethics and Time Management Skills.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Profound knowledge of MS-Office
