Manager Operations
Ropstam is looking for an Operational Manager for the Lahore office. As the Operational Manager of our software house, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning, productivity, and efficiency across the organization. Your role will involve collaborating with different teams, managing resources, and implementing strategies to support the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Monitor and improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure optimal utilization. Assess staffing needs and work with HR for recruitment and selection of qualified candidates.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement contingency plans to handle unforeseen challenges.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between teams, departments, and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on operational performance to senior management.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure smooth operations. Negotiate contracts and agreements to obtain favorable terms and services.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Address any legal or compliance issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven four years of experience in operations management within the IT industry.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills and excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and compliance standards
