Ropstam Solutions is seeking an HR Manager for the Lahore office. The vital role of HR/ Recruitment Manager is attracting, selecting, and retaining the right talent for the organization. You are responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring that the company has the skilled workforce needed to achieve its goals. Additionally, you play a crucial role in shaping the company's human resources strategies, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. This involves posting job openings, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
  • Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for various positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates, both in-person and online.
  • Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires, which includes orientation, training, and integration into the company culture.
  • Employee Engagement: Implementing initiatives to promote employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall well-being within the company.
  • Performance Management: Managing the performance appraisal process and providing feedback to employees to support their growth and development.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Developing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and supporting employees with work-related issues.
  • Employer Branding: Working on strategies to promote the company’s reputation as an employer of choice in the software industry.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Managing the company’s compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gain insights into employee turnover and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and an understanding of software industry trends
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments to align hiring needs
  • Must have 3 to 4 years of experience as an HR/ Recruitment Manager
  • Must be very good in problem-solving
