Ropstam is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top technical talent to meet our company's hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with Technical managers and Recruitment Manager to understand technical requirements, devise effective sourcing strategies, and engage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, completing references, and negotiating compensation.
  • Must have good knowledge of technical stacks, especially MERN, LAMP, React Native, Flutter, WordPress, Blockchain, and UI/UX.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to uncover active and passive talent through internal candidate databases and external websites, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee, Mustaqbil, Social Media platforms, and other creative means.
  • Review and analyze resumes to assess candidates’ qualifications and match them with job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other events to build a strong network of potential candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Run day-to-day HR coordination with current, past, and future candidates and team members.
  • Establish excellent peer relationships with internal stakeholders to solve problems, gain cooperation, and build trust and support within the team environment.
  • Engaging and building long-term relationships with talent that aligns them with current and future opportunities.
  • Identify and adapt to changing market conditions, and learn how to react quickly to the change.
  • Open to continuous learning and seeking feedback and advice when faced with new or challenging situations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2+ years of IT recruitment experience with a high standard for delivery
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine technical staffing needs and requirements.
  • A desire to deliver the best quality candidate in a highly pressured and time-sensitive environment.
  • Proven experience working within a team and creating a positive work environment and communication.
  • Working experience with an applicant tracking system
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
