“The two hardest things to say in life are hello for the first time and goodbye for the last.” — Moira Rogers.

At Ropstam Solutions, every employee is treated like an invaluable family member, whose presence adds immense value to the team. Even when he or she decides to part ways with Ropstam to embark on a new journey, we bid farewell to them by arranging a stellar farewell event.

Recently, we organized a fitting farewell event for our flamboyant and exuberant Project Coordinator Yumna Ishtiaq. This blog shines light on the key activities that took place during this lively event.

Tribute from the Colleagues

To kickstart the event, some of Yumna’s colleagues and closest friends were invited to the stage one by one. They shared lively stories and paid tribute to our outgoing project coordinator. This part of the event was a reminder of Yumna’s influence on the team and the void that will be left after her departure.

Acknowledgment from the Management

Everyone at Ropstam is fully aware of Yumna’s eye-catching performance and her role as an amazing Project Coordinator, ensuring the successful delivery of a handful of our projects. Keeping this in mind, the management at Ropstam decided to acknowledge her contributions in a memorable way.

Our Manager Operations, Amjad Mahmood, was invited to the stage as he proceeded to present an honorary certificate and a bouquet to the outgoing team member. This gesture exemplifies Ropstam’s commitment to making an employee feel special and valuable, once they decide to part ways with our organization.

An Emotional Farewell

To summarize, this event was a reminder of Yumna’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to every project she managed – her absence will be deeply felt. In the future, Ropstam is committed to organizing such heartwarming farewell events to pay tribute to any employee who decides to embark on a new journey in their professional career.
