We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage and execute the end-to-end hiring process. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and presenting top talent for technical and non-technical positions, collaborating with hiring managers to define and meet hiring needs.
Office Hours:
9 am to 6 pm
Location:
DHA 2, Main G.T Road Islamabad, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed & Rozee and social media to identify top technical talent.
  • Collaborate with Technical Managers and the HR Manager to align on role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.
  • Stay updated with changing market trends and adapt recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • 2+ years of proven IT/Technical recruitment experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of technical domains such as MERN stack, React Native, CMS platforms, QA methodologies, and design tools like Figma.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
