Job Details:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who could get business from online portals and from direct marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Make cold calls for new business leads.
  • Day to day dealing with customers.
  • Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client.
  • Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
  • Acquiring business through different platforms for Web Design, SEO, social-media,
  • Development, App Development and Graphic Design Projects.
  • Experience with Quality project selection and bidding.
  • Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and closure.
  • Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.
  • Experience in IT industry Sales background.
  • Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK Canada / Australia. (1 Year)
  • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
  • Creating propositions and upselling opportunities.
  • Understand the customer’s requirement, discuss the prerequisites/requirements with the internal team.

Skills Required:

  • Good understanding of the internet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Outbound Calling / Cold Calling Proven experience.
  • Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • Must have experience for professional Email Writing.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Acquiring business through different platforms (LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, Freelance, Guru,
  • People PerHour, Craigslist, etc.)
  • Must be willing to work in the evening night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
    Basic Salary with Commission will be awarded, with different commission slabs as per the sales and target.
