Junior Technical Recruiter (Female)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter (Female) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process, and supporting the HR team in hiring top talent.
Office Hours:
9 am to 6 pm
Location:
DHA 2, Main G.T Road Islamabad, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best fit for the role.
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed & Rozee and social media to identify top technical talent.
- Collaborate with the hiring team/ Managers to align on role requirements and hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Stay updated with changing market trends and adapt recruitment approaches accordingly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of technical domains, including the MERN stack, React Native, CMS platforms, QA methodologies, and design tools such as Figma.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
