We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter (Female) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for technical roles, ensuring a smooth recruitment process, and supporting the HR team in hiring top talent.
Office Hours:
9 am to 6 pm
Location:
DHA 2, Main G.T Road Islamabad, Pakistan
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and reference checks.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract the best fit for the role.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed & Rozee and social media to identify top technical talent.
  • Collaborate with the hiring team/ Managers to align on role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
  • Stay updated with changing market trends and adapt recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, management, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of technical domains, including the MERN stack, React Native, CMS platforms, QA methodologies, and design tools such as Figma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
