We are seeking a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in utilizing LinkedIn and Email marketing to identify and qualify potential leads. The ideal candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects, engaging with key decision-makers, and ultimately contributing to the growth of our business.

9 am to 6 pm

955 Service Road, Block L, Johar Town, Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn’s advanced search features and tools to identify key prospects and create tailored outreach campaigns.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and pain points of target businesses.
- Develop and execute effective email outreach campaigns to generate interest and inquiries.
- Continuously test and optimize email templates, subject lines, and messaging to improve response rates.
- Craft compelling and personalized email messages that resonate with target audiences.
- Managing cold email campaigns and performing Data Extraction.
- Conduct in-depth research to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Evaluate and prioritize leads to ensure focus on high-potential prospects.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and interactions.
- Regularly update CRM systems with relevant information.
- Engage with leads through professional and effective communication.
- Follow up on initial contacts to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target markets and align lead generation strategies with sales objectives.
- Provide detailed lead intelligence to facilitate the sales process.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation, particularly using LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn’s features, best practices, and lead-generation techniques.
- Proficiency in conducting effective cold email outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
