Ropstam is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for executing targeted outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn to generate leads, build relationships, and support our sales and growth objectives.

6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Remote (Islamabad/Lahore)
Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute strategic outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to promote Ropstam’s services.
  • Manage outbound prospecting to build meaningful connections and generate high-quality leads.
  • Personalize messaging and follow-up sequences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Identify and research high-potential prospects using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and relevant databases.
  • Conduct deep-dive research to understand prospect needs, industry trends, and potential pain points.
  • Qualify and prioritize leads based on predefined criteria to ensure focus on high-value opportunities.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, Mailchimp, Expandi, and others to scale outreach efforts.
  • A/B test subject lines, CTAs, templates, and timing to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Track key metrics including open rates, reply rates, conversions, and lead progression in the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align lead generation strategies and provide detailed lead intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and interactions within CRM systems.
  • Generate and present reports on campaign performance, pipeline growth, and other KPIs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven experience in email and LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, or outbound marketing.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on crafting compelling and personalized messaging.
  • Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outreach platforms.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales funnels, marketing automation, and lead nurturing best practices.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
