Ropstam is seeking a talented and creative Videographer to join our dynamic team. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content to support our marketing, branding, and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through videos, shorts and reels.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects that align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
  • Capture high-quality video footage using professional equipment and techniques, ensuring proper lighting, sound, and composition.
  • Edit and enhance video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create engaging and polished final products.
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects, incorporating input from stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in videography and video editing to continuously improve skills and techniques.
  • Manage video production schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of projects within allocated resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., freelance videographers, voiceover artists) as needed to execute video projects effectively.
  • Maintain and organize video assets, including raw footage, edited files, and project archives, for easy access and retrieval.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members or interns involved in video production projects.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and standards, ensuring consistency and coherence across all video content produced by the company.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in video production and editing.
  • Proficiency in video recording equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio recording devices.
  • Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
  • Solid understanding of videography principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong creative vision and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
