In the realm of the corporate workplace, where teamwork is important, saying bye to a colleague is a time to remember the good times, celebrate the achievements, and wish the best of luck to the outgoing employee. A farewell event is of paramount importance given that it’s a reminder of the friendships made, the challenges faced together, and the memorable moments shared at work.
Recently, our WordPress developer Abdul Aleem decided to part ways with Ropstam after a long association. Having joined the organization back in 2020, Aleem was initially part of the Data Entry team. Recognizing his potential, he was soon transferred to the WordPress department, where his development skills came to the fore. Aleem soon became an integral member of the WordPress team, showcasing his skills by delivering tens of crucial projects.
At Ropstam, every employee is treated with respect, fairness, and a commitment to their professional growth and well-being. Therefore, when a member decides to leave the organization, a fitting farewell is organized to recognize his/her invaluable contributions. A similar event was organized to bid farewell to Aleem.
Recalling the Precious Memories
Ropstam is like a second home for all of us, where memorable moments are shared and memories are created. Over the years, Aleem created ever-lasting bonds with his colleagues that are set to remain intact in the near future.
To kickstart the farewell ceremony, a recorded video was shown on the screen, in which Aleem’s colleagues shone a light on some of the most memorable moments spent together at the workplace. Following this, Aleem’s closest friends were invited to the stage to share their feelings at that moment. Everyone had nothing but praise for the departing team member.
Acknowledgement from the Management
To recognize Aleem’s contributions, Manager Operations Sir Amjad Mahmood presented an honorary shield to the outgoing member of the Ropstam family. On behalf of the Ropstam management, this was an amazing gesture that will serve as a reminder of the memorable time spent by Aleem in this organization.
All in all, it was a wonderful ceremony that left the attendees in awe.
