So December is here and Look!! We have three of our employees born in this month. Our team decided to surprise them with the yummiest chocolate cake, some party poppers, and a lot of birthday wishes. We all sang birthday songs for them to make them feel extra special because It’s always the gestures that matter.
Together we work, together we play. And also together we celebrate. It was the first event we celebrated at Ropstam. Lucky them, aren’t they?? Ropstam made Ezza, Mubashir and Amanullah’s day more special by gifting them a bucket of sweet and tons of good luck wishes.
In the end, all that matters for Ropstam is that their employees are satisfied working here because for us employees working in any department are all same and must always be treated alike.
