A Private Digital Experience for Horse Owners
OGMA Investments needed a centralized platform that would help horse owners stay informed about their horses, follow training progress, and communicate directly with their trainer.
Ropstam Solutions developed a dedicated web application that brings horse management, ownership records, progress updates, reminders, and private conversations together in one place.
The platform includes two connected experiences: a Trainer/Admin Portal for managing daily operations and a private Owner Portal where clients can access information about only the horses associated with their accounts.
By bringing these essential workflows together, Ropstam created a more organized and accessible way to manage horse-related information and owner relationships.

Bringing Horse Management and Communication Together
OGMA Investments wanted to establish a more direct connection between horse owners and trainers while reducing the effort involved in managing information and ongoing communication.
The existing workflow required several important activities to be organized within a single, reliable system.
The main challenges included:
Scattered information: Horse profiles, ownership records, training progress, and updates needed a shared, organized location.
Private owner access: Each client needed access to their assigned horses without seeing unrelated information, including in cases of shared ownership.
Different update formats: Trainers needed to share videos, written updates, veterinary reports, X-rays, statistics, and race schedules.
Timely communication: Important updates, reminders, and replies needed to reach the appropriate owners without relying entirely on manual follow-ups.
Private conversations: Owners needed a secure way to ask questions and discuss individual horse updates directly with the trainer.
