January’s Surprises

by | 20-01-2020

There must be a change from that monotonous routine. Celebrations at the workplace result in employee engagement. As indicated by googles hr manager Laszlo bock. “people don’t stay for the money”. If you really need your employees to stay connected. You need to create a fun and encouraging environment.

Every once in a while. Have a cupcake.!!

So basically in January, we had to celebrate the birthday of our employees Adnan Akhtar and Noureena Raza. So we ordered a  normal cake instead of a cupcake. But does that even matter? The cake is a cake though. Here is a small glimpse of a birthday celebration at the office.

Birthday celebrations are not just about the cutting of the cake and singing happy birthday song. It’s the moment to make the employees feel special. Though the Workplace is a professional environment. But sometimes it good to break the tedious routine and have exciting memorable moments.

Birthdays without gifts? Is that even a birthday ?! Corporate gifts are a great way to show your clients that you appreciate them in a genuine and thoughtful way. We always make sure our employees feel extraordinarily special especially on the day they were born. We gifted our employees with chocolates to add more sweet to their day.

The day is undoubtedly special for the employees who have a birthday. But we make sure the rest of the employees doesn’t feel bizarre. After the birthday celebrations, we had lunch together. When you have personal connections with people, working relationships tend to be stronger. These connections are difficult when we’re busy all day long, so arranging such moments like office lunch together is a good solution. Employees are likely to sit together over lunch and talk about things beyond work. It will also develop relationships and strengthen the cooperation between your team and employees from different departments.

It’s just a Smile Please? Before we attack the cake!
