Ropstam Solutions recently participated in three dynamic universities job fairs, connecting with brilliant students, evaluating final year projects, and nurturing potential future team members. These events not only showcased our commitment to developing young talent but also highlighted Ropstam’s dedication to fostering strong relationships with academia.
COMSATS Industrial Connect
At the COMSATS Job Fair, Ropstam Solutions aimed to strengthen its employer brand and connect with fresh graduates and early-career professionals. We installed a dynamic booth with standees, brochures, and interactive displays, creating a vibrant space for students to learn about our culture, values, and career opportunities. Our team delivered elevator pitches to introduce Ropstam’s mission and engaged students in one-on-one discussions, providing resume critiques and career guidance. Over 50 initial interviews were conducted, and a digital resume collection system ensured efficient candidate management. We also visited the Final Year Project Expo, where select students received branded goody bags and were encouraged to share their work on social media, amplifying our brand’s visibility and commitment to student success.
HITEC Open House 2025
At HITEC University’s Open House 2025, Ropstam Solutions made a strong impact by evaluating 31 Final Year Projects through our Technical Lead, providing valuable feedback to students and faculty. We also conducted 20+ on-spot interviews targeting technology stacks such as MERN Stack, Flutter, PHP/Laravel, and Game Development (Unity/Unreal). Approximately 45 resumes were collected, with interviews held throughout the day by our team. Our branded booth, interactive QR codes, and goody bags attracted significant student interest, while our evaluators contributed to 10% of FYP grades. We proudly received a shield of participation, reinforcing our commitment to nurturing emerging talent and strengthening ties with academia.
NUML Job Fair
At the NUML Job Fair, Ropstam Solutions showcased its commitment to talent acquisition and employer branding. Our team set up an engaging booth featuring interactive materials, standees, brochures, goodie bags, and water bottles to attract students. We conducted over 50 screening interviews, focusing on assessing communication skills, motivation, and fit with our company culture. Activities like “Pitch Yourself in 60 Seconds” challenged students to confidently introduce themselves, with top performers receiving branded giveaways. We also implemented a real-time digital resume collection system via QR codes, ensuring efficient data gathering. Additionally, we networked with fellow companies to explore potential collaborations and gain insights into the broader talent pool.
Our participation in these job fairs reflects Ropstam’s ongoing mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry, foster innovation, and inspire the next generation of tech professionals. We look forward to building on these connections and welcoming fresh talent into the Ropstam family.
