We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to source and bid on freelance projects on our behalf. As our online bidder, you will be responsible for actively searching for relevant new projects posted on major freelance platforms and identifying promising opportunities
Business Development Executive
We are seeking an industry-experienced and confident Online Bidder – Upwork – Freelancer Platforms.
Office Hours:
6 pm to 3 am
Location:
955 Service Road, Block L, Johar Town, Lahore
Responsibilities:
  • Candidates having working experience of a minimum of 2-3 years on bidding portals like Up Work, Freelancer, Fiver, Guru, People Per Hour, and more.
  • Create Business Proposals, quotations, and other relevant documents the client requires.
  • The candidate is responsible for a bidding process and direct marketing under the supervision of the Digital Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Candidates should know about the digital marketing services offered by the company.
  • Responsible for Generating Business from Freelance Bidding Portals.
  • Bidding on Freelance portals daily and acquiring projects, and converting those projects into long-term sales
  • Working on both Proactive and Reactive Leads.
  • Research and target prospects using various digital techniques for the UK, USA, Australia, Canada & Middle East markets daily.
  • Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
Requirements:
  • 2+ Years of Experience on Upwork or other bidding platforms experience
  • Knowledge of bidding portals (Upwork, Fiver, Freelancer, People Per Hour, and Others)
  • Must be good at targeted sales.
  • Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal submission, Permanent Contracts, and Others
  • Strong Follow-up skills and self-motivation.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present effective solutions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to craft persuasive proposals.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of successful project acquisitions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Must be a graduate and understand technology to nurture tech leads.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
