The hardest moment is the first hello and last goodbye. A dedicated employee becomes a part of a company family and works solely dedicated to the company. Our devoted employee Raheem Shah, Data Entry Executive, celebrated farewell at Ropstam by all the employees by gathering up altogether and giving him good farewell wishes.
A typical workday started with everyone completing their projects when HR notified everyone in the channel regarding the farewell of Raheem Shah. The event begins with everyone gathering up in the conference room to give good wishes to Raheem.
Our management team gave him an appreciation certificate and a small farewell gift. Raheem Shah gave a short farewell speech to his Ropstam family.
After this, everyone gathered in the dining area for lunch by Ropstam. The lunch menu was savour pulao with cold drinks to enjoy. Everyone ate to their full appetite and enjoyed chit-chat along with lunch.
